Established in February 1996, Dixit Hospital began its journey in Vapi, Gujarat, under the expert leadership of Dr. Asha T. Dixit in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Alongside, the Surgical Department was founded by Dr. Tushar N. Dixit, laying a strong foundation for what would become one of the region’s most trusted healthcare institutions.

A significant milestone was achieved on 11th May 2014, with the inauguration of the hospital’s new premises under the name Dixit Hospital and Harshai IVF. This expansion marked the introduction of an Advanced IVF Laboratory and Cutting-Edge Laparoscopic Facilities, signaling the beginning of a new era in fertility treatment and minimally invasive surgery.

(Surgeon)</h1> <h2>Dr. Tushar N Dixit</h2> It all began for me in 1996, when the Surgical Department was introduced alongside the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department at Dixit Hospital. This marked the beginning of an incredible journey that has been defined by dedication, innovation, and continuous growth. One quote that has always resonated with me is from Colin Powell: "There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure." These words perfectly capture the essence of what we have built over the years. With unwavering commitment, the support of Dr. Asha Dixit—my wife, co-partner, and pillar of strength—and the tireless efforts of our exceptional team, we reached a significant milestone. On 11th May 2014, we began a new chapter with the launch of DIXIT HOSPITAL AND HARSHAI IVF at our new premises. This transformation included the expansion of our services with an Advanced IVF Department, Advanced Laparoscopy, and further development in Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Endoscopy, Therma-ablation, TVT-O, and more. I often draw inspiration from a quote by Walt Disney: "The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing." Although I do enjoy good conversations, I firmly believe that action is the true driver of progress. Over time, I channeled this philosophy into my work—developing new ideas and even designing customized surgical equipment to enhance ease and efficiency in my practice. This journey of innovation has been both humbling and eye-opening. Beyond medicine, I also believe in the importance of physical and mental well-being. That’s why we incorporated a gym within our hospital premises—not just for patients, but for our staff as well. Encouraging health and fitness among our team is part of our holistic approach to care. Of course, motivating people to use the gym is often easier said than done, so I try to lead by example—being the change I wish to see. Throughout this journey, one thing has remained clear: no one succeeds alone. Behind every achievement is a strong support system, and for me, that has been Dixit Hospital and Harshai IVF and its incredible staff—my extended family.
